(<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3TSmEKe\">Al Mal<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEANWHILE- Abu Dhabi gov\u2019t-backed entities eyeing a stake in GEMS: <\/strong>A consortium including Abu Dhabi sovereign fund ADQ and Aldar Properties is looking to acquire a stake in global private school operator GEMS Education, unnamed sources reportedly told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-10-24\/abu-dhabi-consortium-said-to-weigh-bid-for-gems-education-stake?sref=mmeFTDW1\">Bloomberg<\/a>. Last month the business newswire reported that CVC Capital Partners and Sunny Varkey <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/168c04f9-ccc9-44fc-9c35-4022818a49ab\">are looking to sell<\/a> their stakes in GEMS in a transaction that would value the company at up to USD 6 bn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don\u2019t get it twisted:<\/strong> GEMS Education is a global operator.
