The hub connects Cairo to the new administrative capital and includes a commercial investment zone alongside a full-service transport complex. Meanwhile, a<a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/e0ef70e6-4c9d-41f3-b9c4-e734f2e35af4\">500 MW wind farm<\/a> in Ras Ghareb was named the best industrial project of the year. The project is being carried out by a consortium made up of Orascom Construction (OC), Japan\u2019s Toyota Tsusho Corporation \/ Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation, and France\u2019s Engie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALSO from the ENG awards-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The new capital\u2019s Islamic Cultural Center <\/strong>won the merit award for best cultural project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/af1b5628-23bb-4b70-8569-973225e9fcf7\">Toshka<\/a><\/strong> <strong>development project <\/strong>won the merit award for best environmental project.
