In an interview on Ala Mas\u2019ouleety (watch, runtime: 4:25<\/a>), Cabinet spokesman Nader Saad said that the event would last three days and that participants would discuss the final draft of the government\u2019s state ownership document. Startups for dummies:<\/strong> In a startup-focused segment inspired by the Capiter chaos, Yahduth Fi Masr\u2019s Sherif Amer asked questions both big (what does a post-Capiter Egyptian startup scene look like?) and small (how does a startup work, exactly?). Joining the show to discuss Capiter, Eslam Darwish, founding partner of fintech fund Nclude<\/a>, put the company\u2019s collapse down to \u201cpoor governance\u201d and said that the fact the company was able to raise USD 33 mn is a sign of optimism for Egypt\u2019s startup scene (watch, runtime: 2:56<\/a>). Meanwhile, RiseUp\u2019s Abdelhameed Sharara was on hand to explain to the layman how startups work (watch, runtime: 2:34<\/a>).<\/p>\n
