CIB did not disclose the value of the transaction or specify SEI\u2019s current holdings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advisors:<\/strong> Ironwood Investments acted as financial advisor for SEI, while Talaat Law Firm was the company\u2019s legal advisor.
