For a period of three years, the board will now include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dalia Khorshid<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dalia-khorshid\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>) as <strong>managing director<\/strong> and <strong>CEO<\/strong>. Khorshid is a former investment minister and the current Masar chairwoman, and <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/44f91721-ade2-4520-8b3c-37c5c702c338\">was appointed<\/a> to head Beltone by Chimera earlier this month;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Syed Shueb<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/syed-basar-shueb-uae\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>) as <strong>non-executive chairman<\/strong>. Shueb is the managing director of the UAE\u2019s International Holdings Company;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Andrea Mollica<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/andrea-mollica\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>) as a <strong>non-executive board member<\/strong>. Mollica is currently an investment manager at the UAE\u2019s Royal Group, which owns Chimera;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mirian Khalaf<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mirian-khalaf-massoud-9a55757\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>) as a non-executive board member.
