Abbas will take the helm at the company as it <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/9f873114-20d6-4c5a-95db-3af5cf491549\">prepares to list its subsidiaries<\/a> on the EGX, and potentially follow through with a blockbuster IPO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>President Abdel Fattah El Sisi<\/strong> has appointed <strong>Sherif Sedky<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aucegypt.edu\/fac\/sherifsedky\">bio<\/a>) to head the <strong>Egyptian Spa<\/strong><strong>ce Agency <\/strong>for one year effective 19 August, according to a presidential decree published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Legislations\/photos\/a.404876559581584\/5389638704438653\/\">Official Gazette<\/a>.
