Reaching the ML-3 level of national vaccine regulation allows Egyptian vaccine makers to apply to the WHO to have their products pre-qualified and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/teams\/regulation-prequalification\/eul\">listed for emergency use<\/a>.
