The e-commerce giant will be able to exercise its option to swap its GDRs for the equity stake if the Saudi <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/1c1b2e26-b114-4d61-b81d-cb0d118bfffd\">Alhokair family acquires shares<\/a> in valU.
