<\/a> B Investments subsidiary <\/strong>B Healthcare Investments<\/a><\/strong> has completed the acquisition of a <\/strong>51% stake in the Egyptian IVF Center in an EGP 126 mn transaction<\/strong>, according to a disclosure to the EGX (pdf)<\/a>. The acquisition wrapped after securing regulatory approvals, B Investments IR head Omar El Labban told Enterprise. Procedures began in December<\/a> for the acquisition, which marked the first venture for B Investments\u2019 100%-owned healthcare company after it launched last year.<\/p>\n

Advisors: <\/strong>Zaki Hashem & Partners was the buy-side counsel, while Bahaa-Eldin Law Office acted as sell-side counsel. Beltone Financial brokered the transaction, El Labban confirmed to us.<\/p>\n
