The partnership will help reduce the company\u2019s carbon emissions and water usage, and optimize resources used for production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Sovereign Fund of Egypt has been made a full member of the International <\/strong><strong>Forum of<\/strong><strong> Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF)<\/strong>, a global network of sovereign wealth funds from over 40 countries, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifswf.org\/general-news\/ifswf-strengthens-its-footprint-africa-three-new-memberships\">a statement<\/a>. The SFE was made an associate member of the organization <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2019\/06\/09\/egypts-swf-joins-international-wealth-fund-body\/\">in 2019<\/a>, which required it to implement the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifswf.org\/santiago-principles-landing\/santiago-principles\">Santiago Principles<\/a>, which consist of 24 principles that promote transparency, good governance, accountability and prudent investment practices for SWF, for three years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other things we\u2019re keeping an eye on this morning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Majid Al Futtaim opened Supeco, a low-cost store in Sixth of October City<\/strong> that combines a traditional supermarket and a wholesale outlet.
