He replaces Abir Leheta (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/abirleheta\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>), who will continue to serve as the company\u2019s CEO. Moharam is currently chairman of MGM Financial and Banking consultants, and the Egyptian Company for Investment Fund Management. Prior to that, he served as the chairman and CEO of the Egyptian Commercial Bank (ECB) and Piraeus Bank.
