The new national tourism campaign #FollowTheSun is generating results: <\/strong>In the two weeks after its mid-March release, the campaign has driven a 102% increase in Google searches for vacations to Egypt and reached more than 26 mn users in target markets including the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Italy, and France, according to a Tourism Ministry statement (pdf)<\/a>. The campaign is also in heavy rotation on CNN International. The government is targeting high-value tourism markets after the collapse of the Red Sea package tour market on the back of Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine. Adr\u00e8re Amellal, an eco-lodge in the Siwa Oasis<\/strong>, was named among Travel + Leisure\u2019s four sustainable architecture and infrastructure projects worth planning a trip around<\/a><\/strong>.
