<\/a> Saud Altassan<\/strong> (LinkedIn<\/a>) has been appointed as the CEO of EFG Hermes, Saudi<\/strong>, according to a press release (pdf)<\/a> out yesterday. Altassan joins EFG Hermes\u2019 operations in the kingdom from Bank of America, where he served as the head of investment banking for KSA. He was previously CEO of Swicorp and also held M&A positions at Saudi Arabia\u2019s National Commercial Bank (NCB) Capital\u2019s investment banking JV with Goldman Sachs and others.<\/p>\n

Aspire Capital Holding<\/strong> has appointed Hanaa El Hilaly <\/strong>(LinkedIn<\/a>) as non-executive <\/strong>chairwoman<\/strong>, according to a disclosure to the EGX (pdf)<\/a>. El Hilaly is a member of the board of trustees of Al Tadamun Microfinance Foundation and a board member in the SMEs Association.
