Foodtech startup Atomo Coffee<\/a> is using upcycled plant-based ingredients, such as sunflower seed husks and watermelon seeds, to reinvent your cup of java, which, according to them, tastes just like coffee.<\/p>\n

Coffee growers have been among the most impacted by climate change, <\/strong>as rising global temperatures force traditional producers to move uphill in rainforest that have not been touched yet and potentially causing further deforestation, Atomo CEO Andy Kleitch says.<\/p>\n

Coffee futures were one of the <\/strong>fastest growing commodities<\/a><\/strong> last year,<\/strong> rising faster than oil and natural gas.
