Facebook sells off Diem assets to Silvergate, effectively waving goodbye to its<\/strong> stablecoin plans: <\/strong>Blockchain-based payment network Diem Group (formerly known as Libra) has sold its intellectual property and other technology assets to Silvergate Capital Corp, Silvergate said<\/a>, without disclosing the price of the sale.
