Binance \u2014 the world\u2019s largest crypto exchange by volume \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-12-16\/binance-in-talks-with-dubai-abu-dhabi-on-headquarters-plan?sref=mmeFTDW1\">has been considering<\/a> setting up its global HQ in the country, as regulators race with counterparts in global finance hubs including SIngapore and Hong Kong to open up to the sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALSO-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amazon has reached an <\/strong><strong>agreement <\/strong><strong>with Visa to allow payments from its <\/strong><strong>credit cards worldwide<\/strong>, ending the <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/a7e2276b-a682-44ae-9a2a-5dda1d7befe8\">months-long dispute<\/a> over high transaction fees which prompted the e-commerce giant in November to announce it would stop accepting Visa\u2019s cards in the UK.
