The licenses were awarded to Eni, BP, Apex International, Energean, United Energy, INA Naftaplin, and Enap Sipetrol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>^^We\u2019ll have more<\/strong> on this story and others in tomorrow\u2019s <strong>EnterpriseAM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HAPPENING NOW- <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OPEC is currently meeting to discuss who should be its next leader <\/strong>as Mohammad Barkindo of Nigeria prepares to wrap up his second and final term by mid-year, according to a letter seen by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/commodities\/opec-report-sees-short-lived-mild-impact-omicron-variant-2022-01-02\/\">Reuters<\/a>. Barkindo has been the cartel\u2019s secretary-general since August 2016.
