The commission also pointed out that its shallow depth \u201cmakes it prone to weather-related issues, further increasing the risk of accidents,\u201d citing the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/7338a482-1d8a-4ede-8eb7-7ff758f0fae2\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">2021 Ever Given crisis<\/a>.
