Private-sector intelligence consultancy <a href=\"https:\/\/worldview.stratfor.com\/article\/global-intelligence-week-may-29-2017\">Stratfor<\/a> suggests the Kremlin will be looking to expand its Libya operations and build up its rumored Sidi Barrani air base in Western Egypt, whose existence both countries have denied. Egypt can now \u201cleverage its healthier relationship with the US under Trump to try and extract concessions from Moscow,\u201d says the brief. The long and the short of it: Don\u2019t expect today\u2019s visit to result in the resumption of flights.
