However, a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/846ecdd4-0a16-40f5-8c1e-ef52f3265a06\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">fall<\/a> in domestic gas production resulted in LNG exports <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/fa251d63-f340-4886-b43d-3c792acc96a5\/shin-bet-head-in-cairo\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">dropping 52% y-o-y<\/a> to 3.52 mn tons in 2023.
