Building Egypt\u2019s biggest telecom cable factory:<\/strong> In February, Elsewedy opened Egypt and the Middle East\u2019s largest telecom cable factory<\/a> \u2014 an EGP 2 bn investment spanning 70k sqm in Elsewedy\u2019s Tenth of Ramadan Industria zone. The plant will produce 4 mn km of fiber optic cables and 200k km of copper telecom cables annually, with half its output designated for export. <\/p>\n
