Each neighborhood is divided into clusters, with each cluster scheduled to face one blackout for one hour each day. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>THE BIG STORY ABROAD<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Macroeconomics are leading the conversation in the international business press this<\/strong> <strong> afternoon:<\/strong> Eurozone inflation dipped to 5.3% in July from 5.5% recorded in June, although core inflation \u2014 which strips out volatile items such as energy and food \u2014 remains unchanged, according to data from <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eurostat\/documents\/2995521\/17250642\/2-31072023-AP-EN.pdf\/15e48908-7c76-34f0-34c6-3067bb87be85\" style=\"\">Eurostats<\/a>. Elsewhere, China\u2019s deflation is getting top billing in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/while-everyone-else-fights-inflation-chinas-deflation-fears-deepen-4045cabf?mod=hp_lead_pos1\" style=\"\">Wall Street Journal<\/a>, as the country fears falling into the trap of slashing prices with detrimental impact on corporate bottom lines, reduced consumer spending, and higher unemployment rates.
