A <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/after-testing-four-day-week-companies-say-they-dont-want-to-stop-a06089cc?mod=article_inline\" style=\"\">four-day workweek experiment<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> conducted in the UK was so successful, participants said they would never go back to their traditional employment arrangements. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Egypt is getting in on the shift, too: <\/span><span style=\"\">T<\/span><span style=\"\">ech startup BasharSoft <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2023\/02\/23\/this-morning-the-sczone-could-be-heading-to-china-basharsoft-just-trialed-a-four-day-work-week-and-the-results-were-impressive-97673\/\" style=\"\">trialed a four-day workweek<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\"> last<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> year, with impressive results: The company said that 89% of its employees reported higher productivity, 82% said they were better able to manage their time, and 93% experienced lower levels of stress. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Science approves: <\/span><span style=\"\">While structure and discipline are important, the traditional structure of an<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> 80-hour work week spent entirely at the office is not necessarily imperative, research has found.
