Job Purpose 

The Enterprise Company — publisher of EnterpriseAM, the business daily for the Arab world — is seeking a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our Audience Growth and Communications team.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how our stories reach and engage a high-caliber audience of decision-makers. You will lead our social media presence end-to-end — from strategy and content creation to execution and performance tracking — ensuring everything we publish reflects our voice and resonates with a fast-moving, globally aware readership.

Working closely with editorial and commercial teams, you will translate complex business and financial news into compelling, platform-appropriate content, while continuously optimizing our channels for growth, engagement, and impact.

Responsibilities 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Design and edit, infographics, short to long videos, presentations, visuals in Canva or similar tools.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and competitors to ensure our social presence remains innovative and effective.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Draft high-quality social media posts, blog snippets, and other digital content.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar for all social channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign content that reflects the company’s voice and values.
Must have
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media, marketing, and promotional campaigns, preferably in media, journalism, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, content marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Experience with website content development and collaborating with developers or internal teams to ensure content is accurate and optimized.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva; familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
