Job Purpose 

We are seeking an energetic Talent Partner to join our People & Culture team at The Enterprise Company — publisher of EnterpriseAM, the business daily for the Arab world. You will support hiring across our Advisory, News, and Corporate teams, leading end-to-end recruitment and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers on role scoping and hiring strategies, sourcing and assessing top talent, and contributing to onboarding and employee experience initiatives. You will also help strengthen our employer brand and improve HR processes and systems in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities 
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned divisions, from job scoping to offer and onboarding.
  • Identify and attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies and channels.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal profiles, and interview strategies.
  • Deliver a structured, engaging, and consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Collect probation period feedback and continuously improve People processes to enhance overall employee experience.
  • Help foster employee engagement, recognition, and retention through structured initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support in HRIS implementation to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, reporting dashboards, and HR analytics.
  • Streamline processes across onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and internal communications tools.
Must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations, preferably in fast-paced environments (news, media, consultancy, tech, or advisory sectors).
  • Exposure to HRIS or other HR tech platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Passionate about people and understanding what drives top performers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Curious and proactive in learning about different roles, divisions, and industry trends.
  • A genuine interest in fostering a positive candidate and employee experience.
