2G Energy wants to set up green hydrogen, biogas projects in Egypt: <\/strong>Germany\u2019s 2G Energy<\/a> is in talks with five Egyptian companies to set up green hydrogen, biogas, and combined heat and power (CHP) projects locally, project engineer Jonas Stormann told told Al Arabiya<\/a>, without disclosing the expected investment ticket of these projects. <\/p>\n

The breakdown:<\/strong> The company is in negotiations with three companies over green hydrogen production projects \u2014 including one in Suez \u2014 and two over biogas projects, he added.<\/p>\n

Part of a wider expansion plan: <\/strong>The company is looking to expand into other African and Arab nations, with an eye on Saudi Arabia \u2014 on the back of the country\u2019s booming renewable energy and green hydrogen industries. <\/p>\n
