<\/strong>Abu Dhabi wealth fund ADQ <\/strong>and Swiss AI solutions firm EQTY Lab have agreed to <\/strong>collaborate on AI-based climate solutions<\/strong>, according to a press release<\/a>. The collaboration will see the companies launch EQTY\u2019s AI Integrity Suite to monitor transparency and ensure the integrity of the pair\u2019s previously launched ClimateGPT and of ADQ\u2019s AI models. <\/p>\n

What is ClimateGPT? <\/strong>ClimateGPT<\/a> is an open source AI platform created in 2023 by EQTY in collaboration with Erasmus.AI, and AppTek.ai whose initial node is hosted at Abu Dhabi\u2019s <\/span>Al Dhafra Solar PV plant<\/a>, ensuring the AI application is powered by renewable energy. The platform was trained on over 10 bn web pages and hundreds of mns of academic articles to process research and generate climate change solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Other companies want in: <\/strong>ADQ\u2019s portfolio companies \u2014 including Adnec, Etihad Rail, Taqa, and Masdar \u2014 will be the first to adopt ClimateGPT. Masdar has already begun using the model to generate renewable energy solutions that it can co-author with the platform while Adnec has used it to create a research library for its ESG team to use. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
