Saudi <\/strong>+ Kuwait ink MoUs on environmental protection: <\/strong>Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have inked two agreements to increase technical cooperation on preserving and protecting the environment and to mutually recognize seafarers\u2019 certificates<\/a>, Saudi Gazette<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n
