Volvo\u2019s <\/strong>small electric SUV lands in UAE:<\/strong> Swedish giant carmaker Volvo's UAE rep Al-Futtaim Trading Enterprises has rolled out Volvo\u2019s first small SUV, the all-electric EX30 SUV<\/a>, according to a statement<\/a>. The EX30 has the smallest CO2 footprint in Volvo\u2019s line-up.<\/p>\n

About the EX30:<\/strong> The all-electric model will offer two battery variants \u2014 a 51 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) pack and a 69 kWh nickel-cobalt-manganese (NMC) pack. The 69 kWh pack will reach a maximum driving range of 480 km. The model also has a Ultra Performance variant in which the NMC battery is paired with an additional second e-motor. This all-wheel drive variant of the EX30 provides 315 kW of battery power, and can go from zero to 100 km in 3.6 seconds, making it Volvo\u2019s fastest-accelerating vehicle.<\/p>\n

Charging specs: <\/strong>The twin motor variant has a DC charging capacity of up to 153 kW, while the standard-range car has a capacity of 134 kW. Charging can go from 10% to 80% in about 25 minutes.<\/p>\n
