<\/strong>Jordan has <\/strong>backed out<\/strong> of its UAE-brokered energy deal with Israel amid the ongoing war <\/strong>on Gaza<\/strong>, Jordan Times<\/a> reported on Friday, citing comments made by Jordan\u2019s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi in an interview with Aljazeera. The agreement was supposed to be finalized and signed last month, but Safadi told Aljazeera \u201ccan you imagine a Jordanian minister sitting next to an Israeli minister to sign \u2026 while Israel is killing our people in Gaza?\u201d <\/p>\n
