<\/a>A push for waste management for KSA<\/strong>: <\/strong>Saudi Arabia\u2019s City Cement Company<\/a> said its subsidiary \u2014 Green Solutions for Environmental Services Company \u2014 has set up a new joint venture aimed at producing alternative fuels from waste, according to a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a>. The new JV \u2014 Innovative Solutions for Environmental Services Company \u2014 will have capital of SAR 6.7 mn and aim to slash dependency on fossil fuels by promoting alternative fuel locally and globally, the disclosure said.<\/p>\n

What we know: <\/strong>The JV will be co-owned by KSA\u2019s Tadweer Environmental Services Company \u2014 which is owned by the KSA\u2019s sovereign wealth fund the Public Investment Fund and Saudi Investment Recycling Company \u2014 with a 51% stake and a 29.4% stake by Green Solutions for Environmental Services.
