The statement did not disclose KKR\u2019s ownership stake in the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About <\/strong><strong>Serentica<\/strong><strong> Renewables:<\/strong> Serentica is a newly founded solar, wind, and battery storage project developer that targets large-scale energy intensive industries across India\u2019s Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra regions. In the medium-term, it aims to install <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serenticaglobal.com\/about-us\">5 GW of renewable energy<\/a>, cutting 20 mn tons of CO2 emissions.
