Masdar made its entry into geothermal energy earlier in February, <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/climate\/en\/news\/story\/c0e6a33d-90d1-43dd-93ef-aa4e29a5d598\">acquiring<\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/climate\/en\/news\/story\/c0e6a33d-90d1-43dd-93ef-aa4e29a5d598\"><\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/climate\/en\/news\/story\/c0e6a33d-90d1-43dd-93ef-aa4e29a5d598\">shares<\/a> in the geothermal unit of Indonesia\u2019s state-owned energy firm Pertamina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>China\u2019s Trina Solar to supply Yemen with 500 MW worth of solar panels:<\/strong> Chinese solar panel manufacturer Trina Solar signed a 5-year partnership agreement with Yemeni clean energy component trading company Al Rabei for Trading for the supply of photovoltaic panels that would generate some 500 MW of solar power, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zawya.com\/en\/press-release\/companies-news\/trina-solar-and-al-raebi-signed-500mw-deal-for-yemen-market-et66xlfk\">statement<\/a>. Al Rabei would act as Trina\u2019s authorized distributor in the Yemeni market under the agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UAE<\/strong><strong>\u2019s Tabreed approves record dividend payout for shareholders:<\/strong> The UAE\u2019s National Central Cooling Company PJSC (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tabreed.ae\/\">Tabreed<\/a>) will pay out dividends of AED 0.135 per share to its shareholders, which is \u201cthe highest dividend payment to shareholders in the company\u2019s 25-year history,\u201d according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dfm.ae\/en\/the-exchange\/news-disclosures\/disclosures\/ff02a26e-fd05-4564-9429-ab77bd1aec1d\">disclosure<\/a>.
